Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to ensure high performance and customer-centric service.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
- Assist in the development and growth of team members, ensuring a consistent and branded onboarding experience.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
- Attract new clients by networking within the community and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Oversee floor leadership duties including opening and closing the store, and organizing coverage during breaks.
- Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines and support daily store operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should possess sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
