1. Represent the Gucci brand to clients with professionalism and adherence to brand standards.
2. Guide clients through the buying journey, from collection discovery to product selection and post-purchase services.
3. Advise customers on styles, product characteristics, and current fashion trends.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. Manage returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring a seamless client experience.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and client expectations.

3. Proficiency in managing sales processes and achieving targets.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is required.

A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
