1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to achieve the highest performance through a customer-centric attitude.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category goals.
3. Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by embodying the role of a Brand Ambassador within the community.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
10. Contribute to maintaining the visual display of all products in accordance with Gucci standards.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
