- Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
- Assist in stock replenishment, tagging, and organization.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
- Handle transactions and maintain the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Competence in handling transactions and cash management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
