5. Maintain adequate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, tagging, and organization.
12. Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
13. Handle transactions and maintain the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Strong knowledge of luxury fashion products.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Proficiency in inventory management.
5. Competence in handling transactions and cash management.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
