5. Maintain an adequate and appropriate quantity of items on the sales floor.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
9. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations, orders, and item reception.
10. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
11. Possess thorough knowledge and management of stock.
12. Conduct transactions and manage the cash register.
13. Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
14. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail operations.

5. Fluency in French and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
