- Develop an in-depth understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci and group visual presentation standards.
- Present products effectively to engage customers through storytelling.
- Maintain an adequate and appropriate quantity of items on the sales floor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations, orders, and item reception.
- Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of stock.
- Conduct transactions and manage the cash register.
- Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in CRM and sales techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
