1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage and persuade clientele through storytelling.
5. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci's guidelines and offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
10. Participate in the alteration service, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess a thorough understanding and management of stock.
13. Process transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Comply with boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and Gucci's brand ethos.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
