5. Maintain an appropriate inventory level on the sales floor.

7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess a thorough understanding of inventory management.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security protocols to prevent theft and loss.
