3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage and convince clientele through storytelling.
5. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations, orders, and receipts.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
13. Conduct transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong knowledge of Gucci's brand and products.
3. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
