4. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
5. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
6. Participate in alteration services, including measurements and client reservations.
7. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
8. Manage transactions and maintain the cash register.
9. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
10. Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
2. Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
