5. Maintain an appropriate and sufficient quantity of merchandise on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci's guidelines and offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
9. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations.
10. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
11. Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
12. Process transactions and manage the cash register.
13. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
14. Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail operations.
3. Ability to meet sales targets and performance metrics.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
