- Maintain an appropriate and sufficient quantity of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci's guidelines and offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
- Process transactions and manage the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail operations.
- Ability to meet sales targets and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and retail management systems.
- Fluency in French and English.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
