- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Apply CRM procedures to grow the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and high standard of presentation.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
