1. Develop an in-depth understanding of Gucci's heritage and product line.
2. Ensure the sales floor and boutique are maintained according to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
3. Present products effectively to engage and persuade clientele through storytelling.
4. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice based on customer needs.
6. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
7. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
8. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
9. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
10. Conduct transactions and manage the cash register.
11. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
12. Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service excellence.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
