7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
9. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations.
10. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
11. Possess thorough knowledge and control of inventory.
12. Perform cash handling and manage the cash register.
13. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
14. Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
