5. Maintain an adequate and appropriate stock level on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized advice based on customer needs.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess thorough knowledge and control of inventory.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
