Gucci Retail Training Manager

- Manage training activities within the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with business owners to assess training needs and define priorities.
- Communicate training impact and Return on Training Investment (ROTI) to stakeholders.
- Conduct monthly reviews with business owners to ensure training priorities are met.
- Oversee a team of store trainers, developing and monitoring their performance.
- Serve as a training expert, providing recommendations and solutions to meet business training needs.
- Collaborate with Retail Leaders, Global Retail Academy, and Store Trainers to create and implement deployment plans.
- Facilitate learning and coaching sessions in various settings, including in-store and classroom environments.
- Manage budget and measure ROTI for the assigned area, monitoring training KPIs.
- Develop and execute communication strategies for business training projects.
- Lead change management initiatives for business training processes and retail evolution.
- Maintain and share project timelines and ensure training content meets expectations.
- Minimum of 7 years in the retail industry, ideally with retail shop floor experience.
- Previous experience in training departments or roles focused on training and development.
- Proficiency in project management and working with business stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong orientation towards retail business and knowledge of adult learning techniques.
- Proven experience in presentation and people development.
- Experience in digital learning and a good analytical approach.
- International experience with strong cultural sensitivity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 7 years in the retail industry with a focus on training and development roles.
