Gucci Retail Sales Associate

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in boutique, guiding them through the purchasing journey with expert product and styling advice.
- Present and merchandise the collection in accordance with Gucci brand standards and visual directives.
- Deliver personalised clienteling, maintain CRM records and follow up to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and upselling.
- Represent brand values at all times, ensuring an elegant and consistent client experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Support store operations as required, including stock management, cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
- Proven aptitude for luxury client service and retail selling; affinity for fashion and contemporary trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Language skills and formal retail qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; typically 1–3 years in a client-facing role within premium or luxury retail is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or coursework in fashion, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
