Gucci Retail Sales Associate

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients in boutique, guiding them through the purchasing journey with expert product and styling advice.
2. Present and merchandise the collection in accordance with Gucci brand standards and visual directives.
3. Deliver personalised clienteling, maintain CRM records and follow up to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
4. Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and upselling.
5. Represent brand values at all times, ensuring an elegant and consistent client experience and high customer satisfaction.
6. Support store operations as required, including stock management, cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.

1. Proven aptitude for luxury client service and retail selling; affinity for fashion and contemporary trends.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
3. High level of professionalism, discretion and a service-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Language skills and formal retail qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
