Gucci Retail Merchandise Manager

- Visit all West stores regularly, with weekly visits to LA Metro stores, to ensure alignment of cross-functional partners.
- Create and maintain a quarterly store visit calendar, integrating major activities such as buying campaigns and product trainings.
- Define monthly goals and topics for weekly meetings, including product training and visual merchandising updates.
- Utilize reporting tools to identify critical issues and opportunities for improvement during store visits.
- Participate in morning briefings to provide business performance overviews and action points.
- Foster strong relationships with sales associates through team-building activities.
- Collaborate with retail and visual teams to ensure optimal floorsets and visual displays.
- Enhance stock productivity and ensure efficient organization of inventory.
- Observe and analyze client behavior to fine-tune assortments and improve customer experience.
- Visit competitor stores to analyze their strategies and report on market trends.
- Deliver qualitative and quantitative feedback to cross-functional teams monthly.
- Align with buyers on assortment needs and participate in buying campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline desired.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant buying experience in a fashion or luxury environment.
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel with short notice and work a demanding schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant buying experience in a fashion or luxury environment is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline desired.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $120,000 to $135,000.
Eligible employees may participate in an employee benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401K plan. An incentive program is also available, subject to performance.
