Gucci Restaurant Manager

- Lead, organise and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering professional development and high service standards.
- Actively coordinate and supervise service during operations with a constant hands-on presence on the floor.
- Oversee the wine cellar including stock control, procurement coordination and cellar organisation.
- Develop and promote a strong wine culture within the team through training and daily practice.
- Monitor and analyse operational performance using Excel and produce management reports.
- Prepare presentations and operational documentation using PowerPoint for leadership review.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain and evolve Gucci Osteria hospitality standards and guest experience.
- Proven track record in fine dining or Michelin‑starred restaurant environments.
- Deep wine knowledge and prior experience managing a structured wine cellar.
- Demonstrated leadership with experience in team development and performance management.
- Hands‑on, service-oriented approach with the ability to remain highly present during service.
- Excellent organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for operational analysis and reporting.

Solid, demonstrable experience in upscale fine dining or Michelin‑starred restaurants with responsibility for front‑of‑house management and the administration of a structured wine cellar. Experience leading teams through high‑pressure service periods and implementing wine programmes is essential.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Oenology, or equivalent professional experience in fine dining; relevant sommelier qualifications will be considered an asset.
