1. Welcome and register guests, including external visitors and suppliers.
2. Manage and sort incoming calls efficiently.
3. Provide general logistical information, such as phone directory assistance and office location guidance.
4. Prepare meeting rooms and manage logistics for meetings.
5. Book taxis and provide other courtesy services upon staff request.
6. Manage car-sharing requests.

1. High school diploma.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
4. Previous experience in a similar role and context is preferred.
