1. Expertise in the garment production cycle and various stages of garment construction.
2. Diploma in apparel technology or tailoring.
3. Proficiency in operating sewing machinery such as overlock and straight stitch machines.
4. Good knowledge of fabrics and yarns.
5. Experience in garment pressing activities.
6. Ability to quickly and accurately study and interpret patterns.
7. Effective organizational and planning skills.
8. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in an additional language.
