- Provide comprehensive 360° HR support to allocated stores, fostering strong partnerships with store managers and employees.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement HR solutions that drive business outcomes and support the region's growth strategy.
- Consult on HR matters such as remuneration, benefits, and workforce planning to support business decisions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on people-related issues, including performance management and employee development.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing, to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough investigations into reported grievances and alleged policy breaches, ensuring fair and impartial outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with legislative changes and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and ensuring organizational integrity.
- Produce monthly HR reports, providing insights and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate fortnightly payroll processes, liaising with internal management and Kering Shared Services to ensure seamless execution.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employee relations and recruitment.
- Experience in managing payroll processes and employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
