Gucci Operations Manager

- Lead the store operations team to ensure efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
- Support the selling process by providing exceptional client service.
- Drive operational excellence across all store aspects and propose strategic improvements.
- Train and coach staff on operating policies, procedures, and customer service.
- Collaborate with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
- Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with the Store Director to execute operational and service standards.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely merchandise movement.
- Oversee store inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve operational process issues.
- Maintain operations documents and procedures for reference.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order supplies as needed.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, problem solve, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Ability to assist in training new Team Managers - Operations in other locations and support teams.
- Willingness to travel and assist in store openings, closures, and remodels within the region and surrounding markets.

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
