Gucci Operations Manager

1. Lead the store operations team to ensure efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
2. Support the selling process by providing exceptional client service.
3. Drive operational excellence across all store aspects and propose strategic improvements.
4. Train and coach staff on operating policies, procedures, and customer service.
5. Collaborate with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
6. Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with the Store Director to execute operational and service standards.
7. Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely merchandise movement.
8. Oversee store inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
9. Identify and resolve operational process issues.
10. Maintain operations documents and procedures for reference.
11. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
12. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order supplies as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
3. Excellent written and communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, problem solve, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
8. Ability to assist in training new Team Managers - Operations in other locations and support teams.
9. Willingness to travel and assist in store openings, closures, and remodels within the region and surrounding markets.
