Gucci Operations Manager

1. Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
2. Evaluate and enhance operational processes with a strategic and commercial mindset.
3. Train and coach staff on operational policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
5. Serve as a leader in the store, partnering with the Store Director to uphold Gucci's operational and service standards.
6. Manage store inventory and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
7. Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues promptly.
8. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and manage supply orders.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury or service-related industries.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal retail systems.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
