1. Drive and develop operational excellence across all store aspects.
2. Assess and evaluate operations with a commercial mindset, proposing strategic improvements.
3. Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
4. Coach and develop direct reports in operations, customer service, and sales support.
5. Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
6. Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with Store Director and Associate Store Director.
7. Ensure timely movement of merchandise and adherence to procedures and guidelines.
8. Oversee store inventory, including cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
9. Assist management in identifying and resolving operational process issues.
10. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents for reference.
11. Communicate discrepancies and issues to management promptly.
12. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
13. Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique.
14. Place orders for office and store supplies as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
3. Excellent written and communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.

5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $BGT MIN USD/CAD to $PP MAX BGT USD/CAD.
