Gucci Operations Manager

- Drive and develop operational excellence across all store aspects.
- Assess and evaluate operations with a commercial mindset, proposing strategic improvements.
- Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop direct reports in operations, customer service, and sales support.
- Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
- Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with Store Director and Associate Store Director.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise and adherence to procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee store inventory, including cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Assist management in identifying and resolving operational process issues.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents for reference.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management promptly.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Place orders for office and store supplies as needed.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $BGT MIN USD/CAD to $PP MAX BGT USD/CAD.
