1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
3. Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise in accordance with company procedures.
4. Identify and resolve operational challenges swiftly.
5. Maintain clear and precise operational documentation.
6. Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
7. Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for office and store operations.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols.
11. Oversee store inventory accuracy and manage cycle counts and reconciliations.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in utilizing internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
