Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support management in troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in adherence to procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
- Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues immediately to management.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with management support.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $22.00/hour USD.
