1. Oversee an efficient stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference purposes.
5. Submit all required forms, including 8300 and tax-exempt forms, promptly.
6. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
7. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories, ensuring reconciliation with management support.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Work authorization in the United States.

1. Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment, is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position in California is estimated to be $22.00 USD to $24.00 USD per hour, depending on various factors including experience and geographic location.
