Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee an efficient stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference purposes.
- Submit all required forms, including 8300 and tax-exempt forms, promptly.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories, ensuring reconciliation with management support.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment, is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range for this position in California is estimated to be $22.00 USD to $24.00 USD per hour, depending on various factors including experience and geographic location.
