1. Serve as a Gucci Ambassador, welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
2. Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
3. Assist in preparing for VIP client appointments and closing transactions.
4. Provide dressing room support to Client Advisors and clients.
5. Handle calls with professionalism and direct them appropriately.
6. Facilitate the packing and payment process at the POS.
7. Manage store transfer requests and product inquiries.
8. Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
9. Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for approval.
10. Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
3. Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.

1. Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
3. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of two years in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00 USD to $27.00 USD per hour.
