Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee an efficient stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management and resolving them promptly.
3. Ensure the timely movement of merchandise in accordance with company procedures.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents for reference.
5. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
6. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
7. Process repairs and damages in compliance with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $24,000-$26,000.
