Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee an efficient stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Support management in troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
3. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
4. Ensure timely movement of merchandise, adhering to all procedures and guidelines.
5. Assist in identifying and resolving operational process problems.
6. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures.
7. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
8. Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
9. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
10. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
11. Place orders for office and store supplies as needed.
12. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
13. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
2. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of one year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $24.00 USD per hour.
