1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with management.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operations documentation for reference.
5. Submit all required forms such as 8300 and tax-exempt forms.
6. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
7. Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
8. Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Work authorization in the United States.

1. Proficiency in utilizing internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $24.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an employee benefits program and an incentive program.
