Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with management.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documentation for reference.
- Submit all required forms such as 8300 and tax-exempt forms.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
- Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Proficiency in utilizing internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $24.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an employee benefits program and an incentive program.
