Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee day‑to‑day stockroom and inventory operations to ensure an accurate, organised and audit‑ready store inventory.
- Execute and manage shipping and receiving processes; identify and resolve issues and escalate to the Store Director or Operations Manager as required.
- Coordinate timely movement of merchandise (transfers, RTVs, damages) in compliance with store procedures and security guidelines.
- Lead and support scheduled inventories, cycle counts and reconciliation activities in partnership with store leadership.
- Maintain clear and up‑to‑date operations documentation, procedures and records (including submission of 8300 and tax‑exempt forms).
- Process repairs and damage claims according to company guidelines and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage ordering of office and store supplies and assist with boutique physical maintenance and facilities issues.
- Report discrepancies and operational non‑compliance immediately to management; support troubleshooting of service, facilities and compliance matters.
- Minimum: 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to meet the physical demands of the role (climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Excellent written and verbal communication
At least one year of administrative or inventory/stockroom experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment; familiarity with retail inventory systems and shipping software is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
