Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee day‑to‑day stockroom and inventory operations to ensure an accurate, organised and audit‑ready store inventory.
2. Execute and manage shipping and receiving processes; identify and resolve issues and escalate to the Store Director or Operations Manager as required.
3. Coordinate timely movement of merchandise (transfers, RTVs, damages) in compliance with store procedures and security guidelines.
4. Lead and support scheduled inventories, cycle counts and reconciliation activities in partnership with store leadership.
5. Maintain clear and up‑to‑date operations documentation, procedures and records (including submission of 8300 and tax‑exempt forms).
6. Process repairs and damage claims according to company guidelines and ensure timely resolution.
7. Manage ordering of office and store supplies and assist with boutique physical maintenance and facilities issues.
8. Report discrepancies and operational non‑compliance immediately to management; support troubleshooting of service, facilities and compliance matters.

1. Minimum: 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Proven ability to meet the physical demands of the role (climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes).
4. Legal authorization to work in the United States.

At least one year of administrative or inventory/stockroom experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment; familiarity with retail inventory systems and shipping software is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
