Responsibilities
- Provide overall store support to front and back of house teams.
- Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting brand values.
- Support sales processes and ensure a luxury client experience.
- Assist with POS operations, including packing and payment processes.
- Facilitate store transfer requests and product inquiries.
- Assist with inventory management and stock processing.
- Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Experience operating a POS system is a plus.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Experience Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service-related industry.
Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00 USD to $22.00 USD.
