Gucci Operations Controller

- Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Assist in preparing for VIG client appointments and managing consignments.
- Facilitate the packing and payment processes, including store transfer requests and product inquiries.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for approval.
- Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00 USD to $22.00 USD per hour.
