Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee an efficient stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
- Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
