Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Facilitate timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with management.
5. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
6. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
7. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
8. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
10. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
11. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
12. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, and lift boxes.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail setting.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $23.00/hour to $25.00/hour.
