Gucci Operations Controller

- Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Assist in preparing for VIP client appointments, managing consignments, and closing transactions.
- Provide dressing room support to Client Advisors and clients.
- Handle calls with professionalism, directing and transferring as needed.
- Facilitate the packing and payment processes, store transfer requests, and product inquiries.
- Accurately capture client data to complete transactions and follow up on missing information.
- Assist in pulling styles and sizes from stock for sales staff.
- Support store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation under the guidance of the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for receipt signatures.
- Maintain knowledge of all Gucci products and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
