Gucci Operations Controller

- Serve as a Gucci Ambassador, welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Assist Client Advisors with VIG client appointments, consignment preparations, and transaction closures.
- Provide dressing room support to Client Advisors and clients.
- Handle calls with professionalism, directing and transferring as needed.
- Facilitate the packing and payment process, store transfer requests, and product inquiries.
- Accurately capture client data to complete transactions and follow up on missing information.
- Assist with pulling styles and sizes from stock for sales staff.
- Support store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation under the guidance of the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for receipt signatures.
- Maintain knowledge of all Gucci products and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook

A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
