Gucci Operations Controller

1. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing necessary resolutions.
2. Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
3. Assist in identifying and resolving operational process issues swiftly and efficiently.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures for reference.
5. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
6. Immediately communicate discrepancies or issues to management.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
12. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States

1. Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or stock role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
