Gucci Operation Specialist

1. Manage inbound and outbound merchandise processes, including receiving, storage, internal transfers and accurate system entries.
2. Control stock levels and implement loss‑prevention measures to safeguard inventory integrity.
3. Procure and manage consumables, store stationery, uniforms and client‑related items; maintain associated stock records.
4. Serve as the primary liaison with headquarters on store‑level operations, policy implementation and store projects.
5. Coordinate daily operational activities with store teams (sales, visual merchandising, store management) to ensure seamless service.
6. Provide ad hoc support to the sales team (client packaging, staging, dispatch) as required.
7. Support store events and changes such as renovations, pop‑ups, client events and VM transitions.
8. Oversee internal and external stockroom organisation and maintenance.
9. Handle store telephone and email enquiries related to operations and client requests.
10. Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to drive store efficiency and adherence to procedures.

2. Proven proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and email communication.
3. Strong ethical standards, reliability and a sense of responsibility.
4. Demonstrated teamwork orientation and ability to work cooperatively across functions.

6. Experience in luxury or premium retail operations preferred.
7. High capacity for multitasking and prioritisation under peak store conditions.
8. Customer‑service mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
