Gucci Operation Specialist

- Manage inbound and outbound merchandise processes, including receiving, storage, internal transfers and accurate system entries.
- Control stock levels and implement loss‑prevention measures to safeguard inventory integrity.
- Procure and manage consumables, store stationery, uniforms and client‑related items; maintain associated stock records.
- Serve as the primary liaison with headquarters on store‑level operations, policy implementation and store projects.
- Coordinate daily operational activities with store teams (sales, visual merchandising, store management) to ensure seamless service.
- Provide ad hoc support to the sales team (client packaging, staging, dispatch) as required.
- Support store events and changes such as renovations, pop‑ups, client events and VM transitions.
- Oversee internal and external stockroom organisation and maintenance.
- Handle store telephone and email enquiries related to operations and client requests.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to drive store efficiency and adherence to procedures.
- Meticulous attention to detail and systematic working methods.
- Proven proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and email communication.
- Strong ethical standards, reliability and a sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated teamwork orientation and ability to work cooperatively across functions.
- Clear and professional communication skills in face‑to‑face, phone and written formats.
- Experience in luxury or premium retail operations preferred.
- High capacity for multitasking and prioritisation under peak store conditions.
- Customer‑service mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
