Gucci Merchandising Coordinator

1. Analyze sales trends by category, store, and item.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, KPIs, and structured business summaries.
3. Support preparation of documents and presentations for internal and market meetings.
4. Monitor best sellers, slow movers, stock levels, and sell-through performance.
5. Support preparation and consolidation of data for Buying Campaigns.
6. Prepare store-level and category-level summaries with customer insights.
7. Participate in collection walk-throughs, reviews, and product selection during market sessions.
8. Collaborate with Inventory Planning for optimal assortment and timely replenishment.
9. Conduct regular store visits to gather insights and provide feedback.
10. Collect competitive intelligence and market trends.
11. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure alignment with commercial strategy.
12. Maintain ongoing communication with Retail, Visual, Client engagement, and Marketing teams.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, commercial analysis, or fashion/luxury retail.
3. Experience with sales analysis tools and inventory systems.
4. Strong Excel skills, including advanced use of pivot tables and data analysis.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
7. Passion for fashion, product, and trends.
