- Assist the local merchandising team in sales analysis and performance tracking of collections.
- Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance by product category, including sell-through rates and bestsellers.
- Support the analysis of sales during specific store events.
- Participate in the organization and monitoring of new collection launches, including communication support and sales reporting to stores.
- Oversee seasonal deliveries and restocking to optimize inventory levels.
- Aid in stock reallocation between stores to enhance sales and sell-through.
- Provide support for product requests from stores and assist in retail events and store openings.
- Conduct competitive analysis and trend monitoring to prepare market studies.
- Pursuing or completed higher education in commerce or a related field.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector and a keen interest in fashion.
- Initiative and creativity in proposing new ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under stress.
- Diplomacy and persuasive communication skills.
- Dynamic, responsive, and available.
- Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
- Fluency in English, with a third language being advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening abilities.
- Service-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Previous experience in the luxury sector is preferred.
