- Deliver exceptional, memorable client experiences by executing the Gucci selling ceremony from welcome to sale completion and maintaining high personal standards of grooming and presentation.
- Achieve store and personal sales targets through expert product knowledge and a consultative approach that anticipates and exceeds client needs.
- Manage client relationships through proactive clienteling: identify needs, maintain and update client records in the CRM, and develop long-term loyalty.
- Drive sales growth via targeted cross-selling and upselling recommendations aligned with clients’ style and lifecycle.
- Communicate fashion trends and brand heritage to clients, tailoring conversations to diverse customer profiles to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to Gucci guidelines and ensure the sales floor and back‑of‑house inventory are accurately managed per company procedures.
