Gucci Lead Team Coordinator

- Oversee an efficient stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to the Store Director or Team Manager – Operations and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Develop and share ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the team in the selling process to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Print and ticket merchandise, process returns, and manage price adjustments.
- Handle repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise in compliance with Gucci standards.
- Support store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- Strong integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
