Gucci Lead Team Coordinator

1. Execute shipping and receiving processes and report any issues to the Store Director or Team Manager.
2. Ensure timely movement of merchandise while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
3. Oversee store inventory, including cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
4. Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Support the team in the selling process to ensure exceptional client experiences.
6. Print and ticket merchandise, process returns, and handle price adjustments.
7. Manage repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
10. Support store initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred.
2. Supervisory experience is a plus.
3. Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

6. Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
7. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
8. Team player attitude.

Previous experience in retail or other service-related industry is preferred.
