Gucci Lead Team Coordinator

- Oversee the stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory management and support the selling process.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Team Manager – Operations, and take necessary steps to resolve them.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
- Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the team in the selling process to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Print and ticket merchandise, process returns, and manage price adjustments.
- Handle repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Support store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem solve.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
- Team player attitude.
2-3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or contemporary sectors. Supervisory experience is a plus.
