1. Oversee the stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory management and support the selling process.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Team Manager – Operations, and take necessary steps to resolve them.
3. Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
5. Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
6. Support the team in the selling process to ensure the highest level of client experience.
7. Print and ticket merchandise, process returns, and manage price adjustments.
8. Handle repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
10. Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
11. Support store initiatives and projects as required.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem solve.
3. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
7. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
8. Team player attitude.

2-3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or contemporary sectors. Supervisory experience is a plus.
