Lead Team Coordinator

1. Execute shipping and receiving processes and report any issues to the Store Director or Team Manager.
2. Ensure timely movement of merchandise while adhering to all procedures and guidelines.
3. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory at all times.
4. Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Support the team in the selling process to ensure the highest level of client experience.
6. Print and ticket merchandise, process returns, and price adjustments.
7. Handle repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
10. Support store initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred.
2. Supervisory experience is a plus.
3. Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

2. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem solve.
3. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
7. Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
8. Team player attitude.

Previous experience in retail or other service-related industry is preferred.
