1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure high performance and customer-centric service.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by embodying the role of a Brand Ambassador.
8. Manage floor operations, including opening/closing duties and organizing staff coverage.
9. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Base salary range: $17.10 USD to $19.00 USD per hour, with potential participation in an incentive program.
