- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure high performance and customer-centric service.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Attract new clients by embodying the role of a Brand Ambassador.
- Manage floor operations, including opening/closing duties and organizing staff coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Base salary range: $17.10 USD to $19.00 USD per hour, with potential participation in an incentive program.
