1. Manage allocation strategy for the US and Canada markets, encompassing over 100 points of sale.
2. Drive stock deployment at launch and coordinate distribution to stores through auto-replenishment.
3. Collaborate with Inventory Planning leaders to develop processes supporting a hyper-localized inventory distribution approach.
4. Ensure regional and global stock strategies align with Months of Supply (MOS) targets and enhance sell-through rates.
5. Monitor stock levels in-store and online, ensuring availability during peak periods.
6. Initiate reverse logistics as needed, following product lifecycle and conducting long-tail analysis.
7. Evolve processes and tools with the Supply Chain community to optimize cross-category inventory management.
8. Lead launch planning and guide Inventory Planning execution based on forecasted and actualized receipts.
9. Support cross-departmental planning with Omni Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Retail and Digital teams.
10. Develop replenishment and model stock processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
11. Create stock allocation strategies based on historical sales and seasonal potential.
12. Collaborate with Merchandising Manager and retail managers to understand market dynamics and needs.
13. Communicate effectively with retail teams and leadership regarding client needs and inquiries.
14. Provide visibility to logistics and stores about new product characteristics to optimize warehouse organization.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, merchandising, or a related field; MS or MBA preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Assortment Planning, or Analytics.
3. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and/or SAP.
4. Experience with size analysis and category management preferred.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, merchandising, or related field; MS or MBA preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000 to $75,000.
