- Develop and implement training strategies to enhance client experience and improve retail performance.
- Collaborate with retail leaders and training teams to design effective training deployment plans.
- Coach and mentor store leaders and client advisors, exemplifying luxury service standards.
- Conduct in-store, classroom, and virtual training sessions to meet performance expectations.
- Assess training needs in collaboration with business partners to prioritize training initiatives.
- Analyze business and training KPIs to identify impactful learning solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of one year in a formalized retail training role.
- Experience managing a retail business.
- Luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide clear management updates.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems.
At least one year of experience in a formalized training position within retail, with additional experience in a client-facing role preferred.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
A competitive base salary ranging from $81,000 to $90,000 USD, with eligibility for an incentive program based on performance.
