1. Support the Store Manager/Director in implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
2. Act as Store Manager when necessary to maintain seamless store functionality.
3. Oversee sales floor efficiency by managing operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners.
4. Optimize staff schedules to align with customer traffic and operational demands.
5. Manage stockroom operations, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory management.
6. Assist in overseeing asset and profit protection to enhance service delivery and minimize loss.
7. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and maintain high standards of store housekeeping.
8. Drive digital strategy engagement among employees and leverage new technology initiatives.
9. Recruit, onboard, and develop store operational support staff, fostering a coaching environment.
10. Communicate company messages effectively and embody the brand's core values as a Brand Ambassador.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
