Gucci In-Store Operations Manager

- Support the Store Manager/Director in implementing policies and procedures to ensure streamlined store operations.
- Act as Store Manager when necessary to maintain efficient store operations, both front and back of house.
- Oversee sales floor efficiency by managing operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners.
- Optimize staff schedules to align with customer traffic and operational demands.
- Manage the Stockroom, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory processes.
- Assist in overseeing Asset and Profit Protection to minimize loss and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and maintain store standards.
- Drive digital strategy and engage employees with new digital initiatives.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop store operational support staff, fostering a coaching environment.
- Communicate company messages and embody Gucci's core values as a Brand Ambassador.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in stock management and control systems.
- Strong attention to detail.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar operational management role within the retail sector is required.
