Gucci In-Store Operations Manager

- Support the Store Manager/Director in implementing policies and procedures to ensure streamlined operations and store security.
- Act as Store Manager when necessary to maintain efficient store operations, both front and back of house.
- Oversee sales floor efficiency through the management of operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners.
- Ensure optimal staff scheduling to match customer traffic and operational demands.
- Manage the Stockroom, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory processes.
- Assist in overseeing Asset and Profit Protection to enhance service delivery and minimize loss.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and maintain store standards.
- Drive the digital strategy and engage employees with new digital initiatives.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop store operational support staff, fostering a coaching environment.
- Communicate company messages effectively to the store team and embody Gucci's brand values.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of stock management and stock control systems.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Hands-on approach.
- Adaptability to start-up environments.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar operational management role within the retail or luxury sector is required.
