1. Support the Store Manager/Director in implementing policies and procedures to ensure streamlined operations and store security.
2. Act as Store Manager when necessary to maintain efficient store operations, both front and back of house.
3. Oversee sales floor efficiency through the management of operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners.
4. Ensure optimal staff scheduling to match customer traffic and operational demands.
5. Manage the Stockroom, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory processes.
6. Assist in overseeing Asset and Profit Protection to enhance service delivery and minimize loss.
7. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and maintain store standards.
8. Drive the digital strategy and engage employees with new digital initiatives.
9. Recruit, onboard, and develop store operational support staff, fostering a coaching environment.
10. Communicate company messages effectively to the store team and embody Gucci's brand values.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English.
3. Knowledge of stock management and stock control systems.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar operational management role within the retail or luxury sector is required.
