Gucci In-Store Operations Manager

1. Support the Store Manager/Store Director with policies and procedures to streamline and safeguard the store.
2. Act as Store Manager when necessary to ensure efficient store operations.
3. Manage sales floor efficiency through operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners.
4. Ensure operational support and staff schedules are optimized to match customer traffic and operational demands.
5. Manage the Stockroom and related policies and processes, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory.
6. Assist in overseeing Asset and Profit Protection to minimize loss.
7. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and processes.
8. Maintain the store building and internal areas to the highest standard.
9. Drive the digital strategy and engage employees with new digital initiatives.
10. Recruit, onboard, and develop store operational support staff.
11. Lead the store Operations team and foster a coaching environment.
12. Communicate company messages to the store team and embody brand values.

1. Relevant experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years.

2. Knowledge of stock management and stock control systems.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
